Brighton Italian Festival

Sunday 11 October 12.00-13.00

I’m delighted to be holding a talk with my friend and Italian translator of Broken Madonna, Mariateresa Boffo, on the subject of Italian and British identity on Sunday 11 October 12.00-13.00 at Jubilee Library, Brighton.

Our discussion, where we will be interviewing each other and giving space for others to join in, stems from many fascinating conversations we have had about the deep-rooted nature of belonging and living across cultures and how this shows up in life.

The Brighton Italian Festival is holding an Italian street party with food, music and more outside the library on Jubilee Square from 12.00-21.00, so come along to both.

Please share with anyone you think might be interested. Tickets are free but spaces are limited, so you will need to book a ticket.
